From April 30 to May 3, as part of the annual exchange of experience, Pavel Batyushin visited Stockholm to hold talks with Petroteknik A.B. and representative of Franklin Fueling Systems, Mr. Jan Ageheim. During the visit, it turned out that on May 3, 1981, near Stockholm, on the E18 highway, the world’s first gas station was installed using the UPP plastic pipeline system, i.e. this year UPP celebrated the 32nd anniversary of using its system at the gas station without replacement.
The UPP system is the only one in the world with such a service life. For the last 16 years, UPP has been selected as a standard solution by Shell and BP. The system is also unique in that none of the competitors can declare a guarantee for more than 30 years without having such experience.
The UPP system has been, is and will be the most revolutionary and reliable way to transport petroleum products.
